摘  要:通过水性环氧清漆耐酸碱性能及水性环氧体系改性砂浆抗压强度、抗折强度测试,研究了环氧树脂水性化方法中催化剂三氟化硼乙醚对应用性能的影响。结果表明,三氟化硼乙醚水解产物氢氟酸使水性环氧树脂固化物的耐碱性降低,破坏水泥水化产物结构,致使水性环氧改性砂浆强度降低,经过中和处理除去氢氟酸后的水性环氧改性水泥砂浆的抗压强度和抗折强度增加。The effect of catalyst boron trifluoride ether used in the waterborne epoxy resin waterborne method on the application performance was studied by the tests of acid and alkali resistance of waterborne epoxy varnish and compressive strength and flexural strength of waterborne epoxy system modified mortar.The results showed that the alkali resistance of the cured waterborne epoxy resin was decreased by the hydrofluoric acid of boron trifluoride ether hydrolysate.The structure of cement hydration products was destroyed and the strength of waterborne epoxy modified mortar was decreased.The compressive strength and flexural strength of waterborne epoxy modified cement mortar were increased after neutralization treatment to remove hydrofluoric acid.
