摘 要:为提高路用水性环氧彩色涂层的韧性和抗裂性,将纳米二氧化硅(nmSiO_(2))与水性聚氨酯(WPU)通过原位聚合法制成nmSiO_(2)/WPU复合增韧剂,对水性环氧树脂(WEP)进行协同增韧改性。通过拉伸试验确定其最佳比例和用量,采用动态热机械力学试验分析增韧效果,通过扫描电镜观察试件断面形貌,并对彩色涂层进行性能测试。结果表明:当nmSiO_(2)与WPU的质量比为2∶7,质量分数为13%时,协同增韧效果最佳,WEP拉伸强度及断裂伸长率分别提高174%和437%,应力应变曲线呈屈服特征,WEP储能模量提高,损耗峰宽化,阻尼性提高,断口形貌呈明显韧性断裂。增韧后彩色涂层柔韧性、抗冲击性均有提升,热膨胀系数由0.8×10^(-5)/℃调整为5.4×10^(-5)/℃,经过15次温变循环无开裂及剥离病害产生,水性环氧彩色涂层的韧性及抗裂性能明显得到提升。To improve the toughness and crack resistance of road waterborne epoxy color coatings,the nano-silica(nmSiO_(2))and water-borne polyurethane(WPU)were used to prepare nmSiO_(2)/WPU composite toughening agent by in-situ polymerization for synergistic toughening modification of waterborne epoxy resin(WEP).The optimum proportion and dosage of the composite toughening agent were determined by tensile test.The toughening effect was analyzed by dynamic thermomechanical test.The cross-section morphology of the specimen was observed by scanning electron microscopy,and the performance of the color coatings was tested.The results showed that the synergistic toughening effect was the best when the mass ratio of nmSiO_(2)to WPU was 2∶7 and the mass fraction was 13%.The tensile strength and elongation at break of WEP was increased by 174%and 437%,respectively.The stress-strain curve showed yield characteristics.The storage modulus of WEP was increased,the loss peak was widened,the damping was improved,and the fracture morphology was obviously ductile fracture.After toughening,the flexibility and impact resistance of the color coating were improved,the thermal expansion coefficient was adjusted from 0.8×10^(-5)/℃to 5.4×10^(-5)/℃,and there was no cracking and peeling disease after 15 cycles of temperature change.The toughness and crack resistance of the waterborne epoxy color coating were significantly improved.
