摘 要:空间热辐射器担负着航天器内部多余热量向外太空排散的任务,是航天器热控系统的关键设备,尤其是载人航天器,辐射器需要满足长寿命、高可靠度、高稳定性的要求,目前已发射的载人航天器均采用流体回路辐射器。对中国空间站流体回路/热管耦合式辐射器进行试验研究,得出辐射器散热性能的变化规律。首先论述试验方案和试验过程,并给出试验结果数据;然后通过对试验数据分析,得出辐射器传热热阻,以及散热能力随流体回路参数及外热流参数的变化规律;最后基于试验数据,完善辐射器仿真分析模型,并与试验典型工况进行对比分析,实现仿真模型与试验数据的良好吻合,仿真模型可用于辐射器在轨工作性能预示分析。实验分析结果对航天器空间辐射器设计具有一定的参考意义,可为航天器整舱热平衡试验方案及辐射器在轨工作状态设置提供数据支持。The space radiator is responsible for dissipating the redundant heat from spacecraft to outside space.It is a key equipment of the thermal control system for spacecraft,especially for manned spacecraft.The currently launched manned spacecrafts all use fluid loop radiators,which should meet the requirements of long lifetime,high reliability,and stability.In this paper,the fluid loop-heat pipe coupled radiator for the China Space Station(CSS)is tested and analyzed,and the expression of the heat rejection capacity of the radiator is concluded.First,the scheme and process of the tests are briefly introduced,and the test results are given.Then,through the analysis of the obtained test data,the relationships between the heat transfer resistance and the heat rejection capacity with the fluid loop parameters and the external heat flux parameters are obtained.Based on the test data,the simulation analysis model of the radiator is improved.The results obtained by the improved model are compared with the test data,and good agreement is achieved.The simulation analysis model can be used to predict and analyze the on-orbit performance of the radiator.This article has certain reference for the design of spacecraft radiator,and can provide data support for spacecraft thermal balance tests and radiator working state settings in orbit.
