摘 要:介绍了国内悬浮床重油加氢工艺催化剂的工业应用现状,通过选择相同的活性组分和助剂,分别利用浸渍法、凝胶法、超声波浸渍-凝胶法合成技术,合成不同的粉体催化剂复合材料,并通过XRD、BET及SEM等表征分析了催化剂材料的结构组成和理化性质,对各催化剂在重油试验条件下进行工业试验,获得最佳加氢活性和液体收率。结果表明:使用超声波浸渍-凝胶法合成的催化剂在废矿物油重质油加氢方面具有最高的催化活性(转化率为81.5%);所制备的催化剂在生产成本、催化性能、分散度和防冲蚀等方面具有较大优势,可为悬浮床加工重油工艺提供良好的催化剂配制方案。The industrial application status of catalysts for the suspended bed heavy oil hydrogenation processes was introduced,through selecting same active components and promoters,different powder catalyst composites were synthesized by impregnation method,gel method and impregnation gel-ultrasonic method,respectively.And the structural composition and physicochemical properties of the catalyst materials were characterized and analyzed through XRD,BET,and SEM.Industrial tests were conducted on each catalyst composite under heavy oil test conditions,and the best hydrogenation activity and liquid yield were obtained.The experimental results showed that the catalyst synthesized by ultrasonic impregnation gel method had the highest catalytic activity in the hydrogenation of waste mineral oil and heavy oil(conversion rate was 81.5%).The prepared catalyst had great advantages in production cost,catalytic performance,dispersity and erosion prevention.The paper can provide a good catalyst configuration plan for the suspended bed heavy oil processing process.
