摘  要:针对环氧沥青相容性差、造价昂贵制约其推广应用的难题,基于课题组自研的增容剂以及大分子结构固化剂制备相容性较好、树脂掺量较低(A∶B=1∶12.63)的环氧沥青,并以此作为胶结料拌制混合料(记为LE沥青混合料)。首先对LE混合料的强度增长规律进行研究,并建立自然养生条件下的强度增长预测模型,然后通过系列试验对LE混合料与ChemCo、TAF、HLJ、SBS沥青混合料进行性能对比,最后通过大型车辙试验及劈裂疲劳试验评价LE环氧沥青混合料的耐久性。结果表明:LE沥青混合料铺装层可快速开放交通;LE沥青混合料在较低的环氧树脂体系掺量下,性能显著优于SBS改性沥青混合料,与主流环氧沥青混合料性能相当,综合性能满足道路与桥梁铺装用环氧沥青材料的各项技术条件要求。Aiming at the problems that poor compatibility and high cost of epoxy asphalt restrict its popularization and application,epoxy asphalt with good compatibility and low resin content(A:B-1:12.63)was prepared based on the compatibilizer and macromolecular structure curing agent developed by the research group,and it was used as the binder to mix the mixture(recorded as Le asphalt mixture).Firstly,the strength growth law of LE mixture was studied,and the strength growth prediction model under natural curing conditions was established.Then the performance of LE mixture was compared with that of ChemCo,TAF,HLJ and SBS asphalt mixture through a series of tests.Finally,the durability of LE epoxy asphalt mixture was evaluated through large-scale rutting test and splitting fatigue test.The results showed that LE asphalt mixture pavement could quickly open traffic;LE asphalt mixture had a significantly better performance than SBS modified asphalt mixture at a low content of epoxy resin system,which was equivalent to the performance of mainstream epoxy asphalt mixture,and its comprehensive performance met the requirements of various technical conditions of epoxy asphalt materials for road and bridge pavement.
