摘  要:以化学驱中常使用的3种不同来源磺酸盐样品为分析对象,将样品中可以产生超低界面张力(<1.0×10^(-3)mN·m^(-1))的活性组分进行分离和鉴别,并对比分析不同磺酸盐中活性组分在结构组成上的差异。结果表明:3种磺酸盐样品中均可分离获得活性组分,活性组分的相对分子质量分布范围主要在380~460之间(不含Na^(+)),以单磺酸盐为主,几乎不含双磺酸盐。磺酸盐结构类型以烷基苯磺酸盐为主时,碳链长度为17~19的磺酸盐是活性组分中发挥界面活性的关键物质;磺酸盐结构类型以环烷基苯磺酸盐为主时,碳链长度分别在11~14、14~17的烷基苯并二环己烷、烷基茚满磺酸盐是活性组分中发挥界面活性的关键物质。对于不同来源磺酸盐而言,平均相对分子质量在417±5、相对分子质量分布区间小于80的组分具有较优界面活性。The active fractions that can produce ultralow interfacial tension(<1.0×10^(-3)mN·m^(-1))were separated and identified from three different sulfonate samples used in the chemical flooding,and their differences in structural composition were analyzed contrastively.The results showed that the active fractions could be obtained from the three sulfonate samples,and the molecular weight distribution range of active fractions were mainly in the range of 380-460(not including Na^(+)),existing as mono-sulfonates rather than di-sulfonates.When alkylbenzene sulfonates were the main type of structure,alkylbenzene sulfonates with the carbon chain length of 17~19 played a key role on interfacial activity.When cycloalkyl benzene sulfonates were the main type of structure,alkyl benzodicyclohexane sulfonates and alkyl indan sulfonates with the carbon chain length of 11~14 and 14~17,respectively,played a key role on interfacial activity.For sulfonate samples from different sources,the components with the average molecular weight of 417±5 and molecular weight distribution range of less than 80 would have excellent interfacial activity.
