摘  要:随着人们对于沥青路面高温病害的关注,路用反射降温涂料的研究逐渐受到重视,但目前路用热反射涂层存在耐磨性能不足的问题。通过制备聚氨酯反射降温涂料和环氧反射降温涂料,采用3种施工工艺进行铺装,探究施工工艺对热反射涂层耐磨性能的影响。试验结果表明:两种材料降温性能基本一致,环氧反射降温涂层与路面的黏结性能优于聚氨酯反射降温涂层,采用三层铺装的热反射涂层抗磨耗性能优于双层摊铺的涂层,聚氨酯/环氧复合涂层耐磨性能较差。With people's attention to the high-temperature diseases of asphalt pavement,the research of road reflective cooling coating had been paid more and more attention,but at present,the road thermal reflective coating had the problem of insufficient wear resistance.In this paper,three construction processes were used to pave by preparing polyurethane reflective cooling coating and epoxy reflective cooling coating,and the influence of construction technology on the wear resistance of thermal reflective coating was explored.The test results showed that the cooling performance of the two materials was basically the same,the bonding performance between epoxy reflective cooling coating and pavement was better than polyurethane reflective cooling coating,the anti-abrasion performance of three-layer thermal reflective coating was better than that of double-layer paving coating,and the anti-abrasion performance of polyurethane/epoxy composite coating was poor.
