地黄饮湿法粉碎-超声提取冻干粉的制备

摘  要:制备了地黄饮湿法粉碎提取液冻干粉。采用煎煮提取与湿法粉碎-超声提取地黄饮,HPLC法测定提取液中马钱苷、松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷,在地黄饮冻干粉的制备过程中,考察和筛选不同赋形剂、不同用量及冻干工艺,优化地黄饮冻干粉的制备工艺。结果表明:湿法粉碎-超声法提取出的3种有效成分含量均高于煎煮提取法,地黄饮冻干粉的制备中选用0.05g.05-1的NaCl作为赋形剂,预冻温度为-70℃,冻干时间总计为48 h,所制得的冻干产品形态良好,复溶性好。该工艺所制地黄饮冻干粉处方合理,制备工艺可行,质量可控。The lyophilized powder of Dihuangyin extracted with wet-milling-ultrasonic was prepared.The boiling and the wet-milling-ultrasonic method were used to extract,and the HPLC method was used to determine loganin,echinacoside and verbascoside.In the preparation of the lyophilized powder,the different excipients,different dosage and lyophilization process were inspected and screened,and the preparation process was optimized.The results showed that the three active ingredients in the wet-milling-ultrasonic extraction were higher than that of the boiling method.The 0.05 g'mL'NaCI was selected as excipient of the lyophilized powder,the pre-freezing temperature was-70 C and the time of preparation was 48 h.The lyophilized product had good shape,and good re-solubility.The formulation of the lyophilized powder is reasonable,its preparation technique is practicable and its quality is controllable.
