摘 要:以高岭土、硅微粉和烧结镁砂为主要原料,采用模压成型法将理论配比的堇青石陶瓷粉体分别以50、60、80 MPa的压力成型为直径为30 mm的试样,将充分干燥后的试样分别在1 200、1 250、1 300、1 350℃的温度下保温2 h后,检测其常温物理性能,并进行矿物组成的表征分析。结果表明:在1 350℃的烧成温度下,当成型压力为60 MPa时,试样的成型效果和综合性能较优,即试样的耐压强度为29.54 MPa,体积密度为1.71 g·cm^(-3),显气孔率为36.15%,表明烧成温度和成型压力的适当增加可促进试样的烧成和堇青石相的合成过程,为堇青石相的人工合成奠定一定的理论基础。Kaolin,silica powder and sintered magnesia were used as the main raw materials,and the theoretical ratio of cordierite ceramic powder was molded into samples with a diameter of 30 mm by the molding pressure of 50 MPa,60 MPa and 80 MPa,respectively.The samples were sintered at 1200℃,1250℃,1300℃and 1350℃for 2 h respectively,and the physical properties were detected,and the mineral composition and microstructure were characterized and analyzed.The results showed that,under the sintering temperature of 1350 C,when the molding pressure was 60 MPa,the molding effect and comprehensive performance of the sample was better,that was,the bulk density of the sample was 1.71 g·cm^(-3),the apparent porosity was 36.15%,and the compressive strength was 29.54 MPa.The results showed that the sintering temperature and forming pressure could promote the sintering and synthesis process of cordierite phase.The paper can lay a theoretical foundation for synthesis of cordierite phase.
