摘  要:白光LED具有低能耗、长寿命、发光效率高、无污染等优点,使之成为第四代光源。硅酸盐类荧光粉不仅性质稳定、来源广泛,而且由于其具有LED的蓝光发射和紫外发射相匹配的激发光谱,在固态照明领域具有实用价值和发展前景。采用一步烧结法制备了以Sm^(3+)为激活离子的硅灰石(CaSiO_(3))微晶玻璃,在413 nm紫外光激发下发射590 nm的橙红光,对应于Sm^(3+)的^(4)G_(5/2)→^(6)H_(5/2)跃迁。烧结温度及Sm^(3+)的掺量对荧光性能有较大的影响。Sm^(3+)掺量超过0.05%发生浓度猝灭。White light emitting diodes(W-LEDs)is becoming the fourth generation light with the lower energy consumption,long life and high luminescence efficiency.Silicates phosphors are a kind of practically significant material with development prospect in the field of solid state lighting due to the excitation spectrum which can match blue and ultraviolet emission.Wollastonite(CaSiO_(3))glass ceramics with Sm^(3+)activated were synthesized by single sintering method,and its main emission peak was at 590 nm,belonging to the transition of^(4)G_(5/2)-H_(5/2)under the near UV wavelength excitation at 413 nm.The luminescent intensity changed greatly with different sintering method,temperature and doped amount of Sm^(3+)concentration quenching effect was observed in the phosphors when the dosageofSm3+wasover0.05%.
