摘  要:以钒渣为主要原料,白泥为塑化剂,纳米碳酸钙为烧结助剂,亚硫酸纸浆废液作为结合剂,制备了一种钒渣-白泥材料,对钒渣资源化利用的同时,研究了最高烧成温度对钒渣-白泥材料外观形貌、常温物理性能、力学性能、显微结构、物相组成等的影响。结果表明:最高烧成温度为900℃时,钒渣-白泥材料并未烧透,煅烧后试样结构疏松,矿物相中只存在石英相;采用室温至200℃的升温速度5℃·min^(-1)、200~500℃的升温速度4℃·min^(-1)、500~700℃的升温速度3℃·min^(-1)并保温30 min、700~1100℃的升温速度4℃·min^(-1)并保温120min的烧成制度,制备得到的钒渣-白泥材料性能最好,耐压强度为54.06MPa,体积密度为1.752 g·cm^(-3),显气孔率为14.6%,且矿物相以石英(SiO_(2))和偏硅酸钙(CaSiO_(3))为主;经1100℃煅烧后,通过SEM分析可知,在材料中形成了孤立的、封闭的微孔,这种微孔对材料强度影响不大。A vanadium slag-white mud material was prepared with vanadium slag as the main raw material,white mud as the plasticizer,nano-calcium carbonate as the sintering agent,and sulfite pulp waste as the bonding agent.In addition to the resource utilization of vanadium slag,the influence of the highest firing temperature on the appearance,normal temperature physical properties,mechanical properties,microstructure and phase composition of vanadium slag-white mud material was studied.The results showed that,when the maximum firing temperature was 900 C,the vanadium slag-white mud material was not fully burned,the structure of the sample after calcination was loose,and only quartz phase existed in the mineral phase;the following sintering system was adopted:room temperature to 200℃,heating rate 5℃·min^(-1);200~500℃,heating rate 4℃·min^(-1);500~700℃,heating rate 3℃·min^(-1),heat preservation 30 min;700~1100 C,heating speed 4℃·min^(-1),heat preservation 120 min.The prepared vanadium slag-white mud material had the best performance,compressive strength was 54.06 MPa,volume density was 1.752 g·cm^(-3),apparent porosity was 14.6%,and the mineral phase was mainly quartz(SiO_(2))and calcium metasilicate(CaSiO_(3));After calcination at 1100℃,it was seen by SEM that isolated and closed micropores were formed in the material,which had little influence on the strength of the material.
