摘 要:煤焦油加氢技术是一种煤炭高效清洁利用的重要方法。针对煤焦油加氢制备柴油应用的可行性,分别开展了煤焦油制备柴油的理化性能检测、煤焦油与石油基柴油混合样品检测以及发动机台架试验验证等研究。同时,对煤焦油加氢制备柴油实际应用过程中的供应保障问题进行了分析,掌握了典型煤焦油加氢制备柴油的产品特征,摸清了其在发动机台架上的使用性能,提出了其在供应保障中应用的建议。结果表明:煤焦油加氢柴油样品满足《军用柴油规范》(GJB 3075—97)中-35号和-50号柴油标准要求,与石油基产品性能基本相当,同时产品低温性能较好,可以作为低凝点特种柴油进行应用。Coal tar hydrogenation technology is an important method for efficient and clean utilization of coal.In this paper,aiming at the feasibility of the application of coal tar hydrogenation to diesel oil,the physical and chemical property analysis of diesel oil prepared from coal tar,the mixed sample detection of coal tar and petroleum-based diesel oil,and the engine bench test verification were carried out.At the same time,the supply guarantee problem in the actual application of coal tar hydrogenation to diesel oil was analyzed,the product characteristics of typical coal tar hydrogenation to diesel oil were mastered,the performance of the product on the engine bench was found out,and the suggestions for its application in the supply guarantee were put forward.The results showed that the coal tar hydrotreated diesel oil sample met the requirements of No.35 and No.50 diesel oil standards in GJB 3075—97 Military Diesel Specification,and its performance was basically equivalent to that of petroleum-based products.At the same time,the product had good low temperature performance,which could be used as special diesel oil with low freezing point.
