摘 要:分子筛催化剂是正构烷烃临氢异构化反应的核心,在改善油品质量方面起到极其重要的作用,在如今的石油化工领域有着不可替代的地位。介绍了微孔-微孔复合分子筛催化剂在正构烷烃异构化反应中的效果,并对其反应机理进行探索。异构化反应机理主要包括碳正离子机理、单分子反应机理、双分子反应机理和孔口-锁匙机理等。对常见的微孔分子筛性质及反应性能进行介绍,尤其是对近年来备受关注的微孔-微孔复合分子筛催化剂合成方法进行分类阐述,并对异构化选择性更高的复合分子筛合成方式进行展望。Molecular sieve catalyst is the core of the hydrogen isomerization reaction of n-alkanes,working extremely important role in improving the quality of oil products,and has an irreplaceable position in the field of petrochemical industry.In this paper,the effect of microporous-microporous composite molecular sieve catalyst on the isomerization of n-alkanes was introduced,and the reaction mechanism was explored.There are carbocation mechanism,monomolecular reaction mechanism,bimolecular reaction mechanism and mouse-key mechanism.In this paper,the properties and reaction properties of common microporous molecular sieves were introduced,especially the synthesis methods of microporous-microporous composite molecular sieves which have attracted much attention in recent years were classified and described,and the synthesis methods of composite molecular sieves with higher isomerization selectivitywere prospected.
