摘  要:全流程优化是炼化企业计划优化的技术核心。基于中国石化自主研发的新一代全局资源优化系统S-GROMS,建立了1 200万t·a^(-1)虚拟炼厂的计划优化模型。设计炼厂要求汽煤柴总量不超过450万t·a^(-1),至少包括100万t·a^(-1)低硫船燃和120万t·a^(-1)乙烯。S-GROMS测算结果显示,在40美元和60美元的体系下,沸腾床渣油加氢+催化裂解DCC+柴油加氢裂化的组合流程效益更好。S-GROMS能够实现全流程效益最优及汽油调和的卡边优化,成为炼化企业新一代全局资源优化工具的可靠选择。The optimization of the whole refining process is the core technology for crude-oil-refining companies.Based on Sinopec's new global resource optimization system S-GROMS,the planning optimization model of 12 Mt·a^(-1)virtual refinery was established.The design refinery required that the total amount of gasoline,kerosene and diesel should not exceed 4.5 Mt·a^(-1),including at least 1 Mt·a^(-1)low-sulfur ship fuel and 1.2 Mt·a^(-1)ethylene.The optimized results of the S-GROMS showed that under the prices of$40 and S60,the designed process of boiling bed RDS,DCC and DHT was better benefit.S-GROMS can get the best whole process benefits and achieve the goal of gasoline blending optimization,which fully proves the effectiveness of S-GROMS in the planning optimization application.
