摘 要:鉴于近年来研发具有一定抗H_(2)O、SO_(2)低温脱硝催化剂的良好趋势,总结了H_(2)O、SO_(2)对脱硝催化剂的毒害机理,综述了多种提高低温脱硝催化剂抗性的策略,结合目前低温脱硝催化剂在真实烟气条件的中毒机理,对具有良好抗H_(2)O、抗SO_(2)性能的低温脱硝催化剂未来的研发和工业化应用指出了重点。Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)is currently the most widely used and most mature technology for stationary source flue gas DeNO_(x)in the world.Placing the SCR unit after desulfurization and dust removal can effectively reduce the erosion and poisoning of the high concentration of SO_(2)and dust particles in the flue gas to the SCR unit,thereby prolonging the service life of the catalyst and reducing operating costs.However,the harmful effects of H_(2)O and SO_(2)hinder the promotion of low-temperature DeNO_(x)catalysts in industrial applications.Therefore,the development of environmentally friendly low-temperature DeNO_(x)catalysts with certain resistance to H_(2)O and SO_(2)and good DeNO,activity under low temperature conditions has become a hot spot in the field of DeNO_(x)in recent years.In this article,the poisoning mechanism of H_(2)O and SO_(2)on DeNO_(x)catalysts was summarized,as well as a variety of strategies to improve the resistance of low-temperature DeNO_(x)catalysts,combined with the current poisoning mechanism of low-temperature DeNO_(x)catalysts in real flue gas conditions,the key points for the future development and industrial application of environment-friendly low-temperature DeNO_(x)catalysts with good resistance to H_(2)O and SO_(2)were pointed out.
