摘  要:为缩短构件的生产周期,提高产出率,构件厂经常采用蒸汽对成型构件进行早期养护,结合生产工艺,探讨在3种不同环境条件下预制构件养护的碳排放量问题。通过试验确定不同养护温度下预制构件的最佳养护温度及早期强度,从而计算不同温度环境下预制构件早期养护的碳排放量。In order to shorten the production cycle of components and increase the yield,component factories usually use steam for the early curing of molded components.In this paper,carbon emissions from the curing of prefabricated components under 3 different ambient temperatures are discussed based on the production process.Besides,the optimal curing temperature and early strength of prefabricated components under different curing temperatures are determined through experiments,and the carbon emissions from early curing of prefabricated components under different ambient temperatures are further calculated.
