摘  要:以天津地铁7号线芦北路–宏源道盾构区间近距离下穿燃气管线为工程背景,提出了地下深埋管线的精准探测方法:PCM+探测仪法定位管线平面位置,竖直剖面法精确定位管线深度,工程钻探法验证。探测结果表明,原设计方案中盾构区间的外轮廓与燃气管线外皮密贴,不满足盾构机施工的安全要求。针对此问题,提出了3种解决方案,综合对比分析最终采取了调整区间线路坡度,增加盾构区间外轮廓与燃气管线距离的控制措施,研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。Based on the buried gas pipeline close to the Lubeilu-Hongyuandao shield section of Tianjin Metro Line 7,a method was proposed for accurate detection of deeply buried pipelines.The normal horizontal positions of pipelines are determined by a PCM+detector,and the depths of pipelines are accurately determined by the vertical section method.They are verified by means of engineering drilling.Detection results show that the outer contour of the shield section was in close contact with the surface of the gas pipeline in the original design scheme,which did not meet the requirements for shield construction.Three solutions were proposed accordingly.The control measures of adjusting the section slope and increasing the distance between the outer contour of the shield section and the gas pipeline were taken finally through comprehensive comparative analysis.Research results may be referenced in similar projects.
