地下室结构底板抗浮不足局部失稳破坏实例分析

摘　　要：地下水贫乏区域,工程建设改变了整个场地地下水的径流途径,暴雨或持续降雨后大量地表水流入、渗入基坑造成建筑地下室结构底板抗浮不足、局部失稳破坏的事件偶有发生,其破坏范围、破坏程度及造成的损失较整体失稳破坏小,但仍需引起重视,这类建筑通常仅采取了地下防水措施而未采取抗浮措施,究其根本还是由参建各方工程技术人员疏忽大意、论证不充分造成的。以重庆某在建建筑地下室结构底板抗浮不足、局部失稳破坏为例,简述检测鉴定确定破坏原因及提出加固处理措施的过程,然后进行总结。文中提及的工程案例及观点、方法,供工程技术人员在勘察、设计、施工时思考与防范,也可为工程技术人员在检测鉴定既有建筑地下室时提供参考。Engineering construction changes the runoff path of groundwater where there is a shortage of groundwater.After a heavy rain or continuous rainfall,a large amount of surface water flows or infiltrates into foundation pits,resulting in insufficient floating resistance and local instability of basement floors in some cases.Despite of the small destruction scope and extent and little instability,importance should be attached to these issues.Generally,only underground waterproof measures are taken but anti-floating measures are not.This is fundamentally caused by the negligence and insufficient demonstration of engineering and technical personnel of the parties involved.Taking the insufficient floating resistance and local instability of the basement floor of a building in Chongqing as an example,a process is described to detect and identify causes and propose reinforcement measures,and a summary is made in this paper.The engineering cases,viewpoints and methods mentioned in this paper should be considered or prevented by engineering and technical personnel in survey,design and construction.They may also be referenced for engineering and technical personnel to detect and identify the existing basements of buildings.
