摘 要:顶管技术的主要技术难题是顶管距离,它直接取决于管道与土壤之间的摩擦。进行顶管施工时时要注入膨润土,以减少管道与土壤之间的摩擦。为了研究膨润土压力对摩擦效率的影响,设计了一种模拟顶管施工过程的实验装置。为了验证试验方法,将试验结果与几个实际工程中顶管与土壤之间的摩擦测量结果进行了比较。结果表明,实验室模型试验能够成功模拟实际情况下顶管与土壤间的摩擦。在不恒定注入压力的情况下注入对照膨润土,界面摩擦系数比不注入膨润土的情况下降了一半。当膨润土在恒压作用下,界面摩擦系数降低到土体与混凝土管界面摩擦系数的10%左右。The main technical difficulty of pipe jacking lies in the pipe jacking distance,which directly depends on the friction between pipes and soil.Bentonite should be injected in the pipe jacking process to reduce the friction between pipes and soil.In order to study the impact of bentonite pressure on friction efficiency,an experimental device was designed to simulate the pipe jacking process.Test results were compared with the measurement results of friction between pipes and soil in several to verify the test method.Results show that the laboratory model test can successfully simulate the real friction between jacked pipes and soil.The interface friction coefficient decreased by half when bentonite was injected without constant injection pressure.If the injection pressure is constant,the interface friction coefficient decreased to about 10%of that between soil and concrete pipes.
