摘　　要：通过一体化管箱式、高压换热器的研制,阐述了平盖组件、一体化管箱、管束组件、总装制造过程中的关键工序及制造难点,解决了一体化管箱深孔加工、管束装配、胀接等工艺难题,为类似产品的制造提供了借鉴。Through the development of integrated tube and box type and high-pressure heat exchangers,the key processes and manufacturing difficulties in the manufacturing process of flat cover components,integrated tube and box,tube bundle components,and final assembly were elaborated.The process difficulties of deep hole processing,tube bundle assembly and expansion joint of integrated tube and box were solved,providing reference for the manufacturing of similar products.
