摘　　要：本文以氯气液化器为例,根据固定双管板立式换热器的结构特点,从部件加工、管束组装、换热管与管板的胀接与焊接以及检验等介绍了制造过程的特殊性。目前氯气液化器运行良好,说明其制造过程是有效的,具有工程参考价值。In this paper,based on the structural characteristics of double tube-sheet heat exchangers and by taking chlorine liquefier as an example,the manufacturing process of double tube-sheet heat exchangers was introduced from the aspects of component manufacture,tube bundle installation,expansion or welding between tubes and tube-sheet,inspection and hydraulic test,etc.As this equipment was in service for several years and still working well,here introduced manufacture process is proved to be effective and can provide engineering references for the manufacture of double tube-sheet heat exchangers.
