摘　　要：数字时代图书馆的文化保存职能受到了巨大的挑战,如何实现数字资源的长期保存是一个被业界持久关注的课题。以区块链技术为基础的Web3.0时代为数字资源长期保存打开了新的思路,提供了新的可能。在探讨数字资源长期保存的现状与问题,回顾去中心化存储的发展历程后,结合案例介绍和比较基于中心化分布式存储、Web2.0去中心化存储和Web3.0存储的长期保存项目及特点,探讨图书馆在Web3.0环境下对长期保存实现方式的借鉴和展望,并结合长期保存的需求特点,分析和比较中心化网络与去中心化存储的发展趋势,探讨Web3.0环境下长期保存实现方式的可能应用,提出去中心化存储不能仅依靠技术进步,同时要在运行模式和激励机制等生产关系方面有所创新。The cultural preservation function of libraries in the digital era has faced enormous challenges,and digital preservation is a topic that has been a long-standing concern of the libraries.The Web3.0 era based on blockchain has opened up new ideas and possibilities for digital preservation.This article explores the current situation and problems of digital preservation,reviews the development process of decentralized storage,introduces and compares long-term preservation projects and characteristics based on centralized distributed storage,Web2.0 decentralized storage,and Web3.0 decentralived storage through case studies,explores the reference and prospects of libraries for implementing preservation methods in the Web3.0 emvironment,and proposes that decentralized storage can not only rely on technological progress,but also innovate in relations of production such as operation mode and incentive mechanism.
