摘　　要：研究支持服务是大学图书馆支持“双一流”建设的重要组成部分,也是图书馆创新的服务保障与坚实基础。基于2022年ARWU排名前100的国外大学图书馆的战略规划报告,利用LDA主题模型挖掘提取出研究支持服务的关键主题为伙伴关系、数字转型、全生命周期、开放科学、合作、可持续发展。世界一流大学图书馆开展研究支持服务的主要方向有以下几方面:从研究支持服务提供者到研究合作者的角色转变,推动开放科学,深度嵌入全周期研究过程,聚焦升级创新性知识服务。为了能应对未来的挑战,我国大学图书馆尤需重视以下两点:立足图书馆转型,多方协同促进研究支持服务深度延伸;围绕图书馆高质量发展,拓展图书馆员专业技能。Research support services are an important component of university libraries'support for the construction of dual first-class libraries,as well as a service guarantee and solid foundation for library innovation.Based on the strategic planning reports of the main university libraries ranked by ARWU in 2022,the key themes of research support services are extracted using the LDA theme model mining:partnership,digital transformation,whole life cycle,open science,cooperation,and sustainable development.The main directions for world-class university libraries to carry out research support services include the following:transforming their roles from research support service providers to research collaborators,promoting open science,deeply embedding the whole cycle research process,and focusing on upgrading innovative knowledge services.In order to meet future challenges,university libraries in China need to pay particular attention to the following two points:based on library transformation,promoting the in-depth extension of research support services through multiple collaborative efforts;expanding the professional skills of librarians around high-quality development of libraries.
