美国国立医学图书馆灰色文献资源建设研究

摘　　要：灰色文献在医学研究中具有独特的价值,开放科学的发展进一步凸显了医学灰色文献的战略地位。美国国立医学图书馆(NLM)通过制定《NLM馆藏发展指南》划定了NLM永久馆藏的界限,对个别需要深入探讨的或灰色文献有较大价值的学科主题,会特别指出并说明收藏的灰色文献类型与收藏力度。通过近两个世纪的实践,其在史料与特藏型灰色文献、常规型灰色文献、数据型灰色文献和网络灰色文献建设方面积累了丰富的经验。我国医学图书馆应借鉴其先进经验,制定医学灰色文献馆藏发展策略,拓宽医学灰色文献来源,从包括项目制手段在内的多种途径收集医学灰色文献,并依托灰色文献构建医学特色馆藏。Grey literature has unique value in medical research,and the development of open science further highlights the strategic position of medical grey literature.The National Library of Medicine(NLM)has defined the boundaries of NLM's permanent collection through the development of the NLM Collection Development Guide.For some subject topics that need in-depth discussion or have great value in grey literature,it will specifically point out and explain the types and strength of grey literature collection.Through nearly two centuries'practice,it has accumulated rich experience in the construction of historical materials and special collection type grey documents,conventional type grey documents,data type grey documents and network grey documents.Medical libraries in China should draw on their advanced experience,formulate a collection development strategy for medical grey literature,broaden the sources of medical grey literature,collect medical grey literature from various ways including project system,and build a collection with medical characteristics relying on grey literature.
