摘　　要：本研究通过对国内档案知识服务研究领域文献的梳理归纳和可视化,按照发文量和关键词聚类关系将现有研究分为三个研究阶段并进行档案知识服务研究历时性分析,总结各时段档案知识服务研究热点和研究现状。然后从概念辨析、技术维度和档案知识服务质量与档案用户三方面对档案知识服务领域的研究文献分别进行述评,为进一步研究提供参考。By combing,summarizing and visualizing the literature in the field of domestic archival knowledge service research,this study divides the existing research into three research stages according to the number of published papers and the keyword clustering relationship,and conducts a diachronic analysis of archival knowledge service research,summarizing the research hot spots and research status of archival knowledge service in each period.Then this paper reviews the research literature in the field of archival knowledge service from three aspects:conceptual analysis,technical dimension,archival knowledge service quality and archives user,providing reference for future research.
