摘　　要：元明清时期形成了卷帙浩繁的中国边疆治理文献。开展数据库规划建设工作,有利于资源共建共享,为边疆治理现代化建设提供历史借鉴与数据资源支持。论文阐释元明清时期边疆治理文献内涵外延、数据库建设含义与目标,在分析建设工作存在问题的基础上,提出数据库规划建设对策。开展元明清时期边疆治理文献数据库规划建设,对贯彻落实党和国家边疆治理方针,更好地发掘利用这一历史文献服务边疆治理有现实意义。During the Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties,a vast amount of literature on China's border governance was formed.Database planning and construction work is conducive to resource co-construction and sharing,providing historical reference and data resources support for the modernization of border governance.The paper explains the connotation and extension of literature on border governance during the Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties as well as the meaning and objectives of database construction.Based on the analysis of the problems in construction work,it proposes strategies for database planning and construction.Carrying out the planning and construction of the literature database on border governance during the Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties has practical significance for implementing the Party and state's border governance policies and better excavating and utilizing this historical literature to serve border governance.
