摘　　要：乡村振兴战略的实施,推动了“三农”工作的发展,同时也为乡村档案工作带来了新的机遇和挑战。增强乡镇档案馆档案提供利用能力,需要关注工作人员的服务能力、提供利用平台的运维能力和档案资源的供给能力三个方面。The implementation of rural revitalization strategy has promoted the development of the"agriculture,farmers and rural areas"work,and also brought new opportunities and challenges to the rural archives work.To enhance the provision and utilization ability of township archives,it is necessary to pay attention to three aspects:the service ability of staff,the operation and maintenance ability of providing and utilizing the platform,and the supply capacity of archival resources.
