摘 要:俸禄制度作为封建官僚制度的派生物,与统治阶级的政策与利益密切相关。陕甘总督作为西北边疆重臣,其俸禄于清中叶前出现明显变化,整体呈现上升趋势,具体看来出现高低不同节点与满汉差异现象。此种现象与趋势的出现不仅受俸禄政策调整和总督加衔加秩、兼署授爵不同规定的影响,而且与西北边疆社会状况和区域行政划分密切相关。As a derivative of the feudal bureaucratic system,salary system is closely related to the policies and interests of the ruling class.The salary of the governor of Shaanxi and Gansu,a key minister in the northwest frontier region,changed obviously before the middle period of Qing Dynasty and showed an upward trend on the whole.Specifically,it showed different high and low nodes and differences between Manchu and Han nationalities.This phenomenon and trend was not only affected by the adjustment of salary policy and the different regulations of the governor's rank elevation,salary raise and concurrent post,but also closely related to the social situation and regional administrative division in the northwest frontier area.
