摘  要:艾绒质量是影响灸热疗效的关键因素,传统艾绒等级是以叶绒比作为评价方法,但缺乏科学数据。实验采用扫描电镜、Image Pro Plus、Van Soest法和同步热分析(TGA/DSC)表征(经粉碎机加工)不同叶绒比艾绒的燃烧差异的科学内涵。结果表明自然非腺毛、3∶1、5∶1、10∶1和15∶1不同叶绒比艾绒的非腺毛长度的中位数分别为542.46、303.24、291.18、220.69、170.61μm;随着叶绒比增加,艾绒的纤维素含量显著增加(P<0.05),燃烧参数(T_(i)、t_(i)、D_(i)、C、-R_(p)、-R_(v)、S、D_(b)、J_(总))均增大。相关性结果表明,艾绒的燃烧性能(T_(i)、-R_(v)、t_(i)、J_(2))与纤维素含量呈显著正相关;非腺毛长度1~200μm与J_(2)呈显著正相关;非腺毛长度200~600μm与J_(1)、T_(peak2)、T_(peak1)、-R_(v)呈显著正相关,与J_(总)、T_(b)、t_(b)呈显著负相关。叶绒比增大,艾绒中非腺毛变短、纤维素含量增加,更有利于提高着火性能、释放热量,燃烧更温和持久。“非腺毛-纤维素-TGA/DSC”量化评价方法科学揭示不同叶绒比艾绒的燃烧科学内涵,为不同叶绒比艾绒的质量评价方法建立提供了科学依据。The quality of moxa is a key factor affecting the efficacy of moxibustion.Traditional moxa grades are evaluated by the leaf-to-moxa ratio,but there is a lack of support from scientific data.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Image Pro Plus,Van Soest method,and thermogravimetric/differential thermal analysis(TG/DSC)were used to characterize the scientific implication of the combustion differences between moxa with different leaf-to-moxa ratios(processed by crusher).The results showed that the median lengths of non-secretory trichomes(NSTs)of natural NSTs and moxa with leaf-to-moxa ratios of 3:1,5:1,10:1,and 15:1 were 542.46,303.24,291.18,220.69,and 170.61μm,respectively.The cellulose content of moxa increased significantly(P<0.05)with the increase in leaf-to-moxa ratio and the combustion parameters(T_(i),ti,Di,C,-Rp,-Rv,S,Db,and Jtotal)all showed an increasing trend.The correlation results showed that the burning properties of moxa(T_(i),-R_(v),t_(i),and J_(2))were significantly and positively correlated with cellulose content.NSTs with a length of 1-200μm were significantly and positively correlated with J_(2).NSTs with a length of 200-600μm were significantly and positively correlated with J_(1),T_(peak2),T_(peak1),and-R_(v),and negatively correlated with J_(total),T_(b),and t_(b).As the leaf-to-moxa ratio increases,the NSTs in the moxa become shorter and the cellulose content increases,which is more conducive to ignition performance,heat release,and a milder,longer-lasting burn.The"NSTs-cellulose-TG/DSC"quantitative evaluation method scientifically reveals the scientific connotation of the combustion of moxa with different leaf-to-moxa ratios and provides a scientific basis for the establishment of quality evaluation methods for moxa with different leaf-to-moxa ratios.
