摘　　要：针对氨合成塔电加热器运行中出现的问题及相关事项进行分析,对流程设置、主要构造、出现故障进行探讨并采取安全保护措施,保证了电加热器运行期间的安全生产。Through analyzing the ammonia synthesis tower electric heater operation problems and related matters from the process setting,the main structure,failure discussion and taking safety protection measures,the safe production during operation of the electric heater is ensured.
