摘 要:针对PXT脱硫法出现的H_(2)S含量超标、副盐含量超标及设备堵塞腐蚀问题,从脱硫系统反应原理、H_(2)S超标原因等方面进行分析总结,指出脱硫液再生效率低、悬浮硫含量高、贫液温度忽高忽低、煤气中的氧含量是主要原因。通过针对性的技术调整,最终使脱硫塔出口H_(2)S含量和脱硫液的副盐含量降低至正常指标范围,减少了设备堵塞和腐蚀情况。According to the problems of H_(2)S content exceeds the standard,the by-salt content exceeds the standard and equipment clogging and corrosion with PXT desulfurization method,from the desulfurization system reaction principle,H_(2)S exceeding the standard reasons and other aspects,this paper pointed that the desulfurization liquid regeneration efficiency is low or suspended sulfur content is high,the temperature of the depleted liquid is suddenly high and low,and the oxygen content of the coal gas is the main reason for the above problems.Through targeted technical adjustments,the H_(2)S content at the exit of the desulfurization tower and the by-salt content of the desulfurization liquid are eventually reduced to the normal target range,which reduced the equipment blockage and corrosion.
