摘　　要：总结1例卡塔格内综合征患者行双肺移植术后的护理经验。护理要点如下:警惕术后心律失常,掌握最佳急救时机;密切监测呼吸功能,分阶段优化气道管理;实施多方位感染防控措施,降低感染发生风险;启动血糖管理流程,避免血糖波动幅度过大;开展个体化功能康复,加强肢体功能锻炼。经过72 d的积极治疗和精心护理,患者病情好转,康复出院。To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with Kartagener’s syndrome after double lung transplantation.The key points of nursing care are as follows.Being alert to postoperative arrhythmias and grasping the best time for emergency treatment;closely monitoring respiratory function and optimizing airway management in phases;implementing multi-faceted infection prevention and control measures to reduce the risk of infection;initiating blood glucose management process to avoid excessive blood glucose fluctuations;carrying out individualized functional rehabilitation and strengthening limb functional exercise.After 72 d of active treatment and careful care,the patient improved and was discharged from the hospital.
