通督调神针法联合FES仪治疗脑梗死偏瘫的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探究通督调神针法联合功能性电刺激(FES)仪治疗脑梗死偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法:选择脑梗死偏瘫患者62例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组(31例)和观察组(31例)。对照组应用FES仪治疗,观察组应用FES仪+通督调神针法治疗,治疗时长为3个月。通过数字化跑台监控仪记录并分析2组患者步态相关参数水平比较2组的临床疗效。结果:2组治疗后步行周期、患侧支撑相占比、健侧支撑相占比、双支撑相占比均低于同组治疗前,患侧摆动相占比、健侧摆动相占比均高于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的参数水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后的步速、患侧步长、健侧步长均高于同组治疗前,步宽低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的参数水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后的步长偏差、双侧支撑相比值、双侧摆动相比值均低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的参数水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过数字化跑台监控仪进行评价,通督调神针法联合FES仪对脑梗死偏瘫患者的疗效显著,能有效促进下肢功能的恢复。Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of functional electrical stimulation(FES)apparatus assisted with Tong-du Tiaoshen acupuncture on patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 62 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia admitted to the hospital were enrolled.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(31 cases)and the study group(31 cases).The control group was treated with FES apparatus,while the study group was additionally treated with Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture.All were treated for 3 months.The levels of gait-related parameters were recorded and ana-lyzed by the digital treadmill monitor to compare the clinical curative effect in the two groups.Results:After treatment,walking cycle,the supporting phase ratio of the affected side and the healthy sides and the double supporting phase ratio were decreased,while the swinging phase ratio of the affected side and the healthy side were increased in both groups(P<0.05),and all the above parameters were better in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,walking speed and step length of the affected side and the healthy side were increased,while step width was decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and all the above parameters were better in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,deviation of step length,ratio of bilateral supporting phase and ratio of bilat-eral swinging phase were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),which were lower in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:By the evaluation of the digital treadmill monitor,the curative effect of FES apparatus assisted with Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture is significant in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia,which can effectively promote the recovery of lower limb function.
