摘  要:磺胺类抗菌药用于临床已经有80多年的历史,具有广谱、稳定、价格低廉等优点,目前仍然是被广泛使用的化学治疗药物。但磺胺类抗菌药的滥用极易诱导细菌产生耐药性,其在农产品、环境中的残留不仅对人体健康产生影响,对环境的潜在危害也不可小觑。实现磺胺类抗菌药的准确、快速检测对控制其引起的风险具有十分重要的意义。适配体作为分子识别元件,具有高特异性、高稳定性、易于合成和修饰的优点,在磺胺类抗菌药快速检测应用中表现出极大的潜力。文章系统总结了以磺胺类抗菌药作为靶标的适配体筛选方法,阐述了适配体与抗菌药分子结合机制,并根据不同的信号输出方式,系统回顾了基于适配体的磺胺类抗菌药生物传感器的构建,以期能为磺胺类抗菌药残留的检测提供更多有益的参考。Sulfanilamide antibacterial drugs have been used in clinic for more than 80 years.With the advantages of broad spectrum,stability and low price,they are still widely used as chemotherapy drugs.However,the abuse of sulfonamides can easily induce bacterial resistance,and its residues in agricultural products and the environment not only affect human health,but also cause potential harm to the environment.The accurate and rapid detection of sulfonamides is very important to control the risk caused by sulfonamides.As a molecular recognition element,aptamers have the advantages of high specificity,high stability,easy synthesis and modification,and show great potential in the rapid detection of sulfonamides.This paper systematically summarized the screening methods of aptamers targeting sulfonamides,described the binding mechanism of aptamers and antimicrobial molecules,and systematically reviewed the construction of aptamer-based biosensors for sulfonamides antibacterial drugs according to different signal output modes,in order to provide more useful reference for the detection of sulfonamides residues.
