摘  要:为了调查猪流感病毒(swine Influenza virus, SIV)在我国中南地区猪场的流行情况,试验采用血凝抑制(HI)试验对2017年7月份—2020年9月份采集的5 514份猪血清样品进行抗体阳性率的测定,并通过GraphPad Prism 8软件对抗体阳性结果进行了不同季节、猪群、地区的统计分析。结果表明:血清抗体总阳性率为56.31%,其中欧亚类禽H1N1亚型猪流感病毒(EA1 H1N1 SIV)的抗体阳性率最高,为31.19%,H3N2、EA2 H1N1、pdm09 H1N1、CS H1N1、H9N2和H4N8 SIV的抗体阳性率分别为19.15%、11.72%、13.78%、7.22%、1.31%和0.16%,未检测到H5N1、H6N6、H7N9亚型抗体,在猪群中不同亚型和不同分支的SIV混合感染情况较为普遍。EA1 H1N1 SIV在春冬季节较为流行,pdm09 H1N1 SIV在春夏季节较为流行,EA2 H1N1和H3N2 SIV无明显的季节性变化。公猪的EA1 H1N1 SIV抗体阳性率显著高于仔猪及保育猪和母猪(P<0.05),母猪的pdm09 H1N1 SIV抗体阳性率显著高于仔猪及保育猪和公猪(P<0.05),仔猪及保育猪的H3N2 SIV抗体阳性率极显著高于母猪(P<0.01)。福建省的EA1 H1N1 SIV抗体阳性率最高,河南省的pdm09 H1N1 SIV抗体阳性率最高。说明SIV普遍存在于中南地区各猪场中。In order to investigate the prevalence of swine Influenza virus(SIV)in pig farms in Central-south China,in this experiment,the hemocoagulation inhibition(HI)test was used to determine the antibody positivity rate of 5514 pig serum samples collected from July 2017 to September 2020,and the statistical analysis of the positive antibody results by season,pig population and region was carried out through GraphPad Prism 8 software.The results showed that the total seroantibody positive rate was 56.31%,among which Eurasian avian H1N1 subtype swine influenza virus(EA1 H1N1 SIV)had the highest antibody positive rate of 31.19%;the antibody positive rates of H3N2,EA2 H1N1,pdm09 H1N1,CS H1N1,H9N2 and H4N8 SIV were 19.15%,11.72%,13.78%,7.22%,1.31%and 0.16%,respectively.No antibodies to the H5N1,H6N6,H7N9 subtypes were detected.In addition,co-infection with SIV of different subtypes and different clades was common in pig herds.Of EA1 H1N1 SIV was popular in spring and winter;pdm09 H1N1 SIV was popular in spring and summer;there was no obvious seasonal change in EA2 H1N1 and H3N2 SIV.The positive rate of EA1 H1N1 SIV antibodies in boars was significantly higher than those in piglets,nursery pigs and sows(P<0.05);the positive rate of pdm09 H1N1 SIV antibodies in sows was significantly higher than those in piglets,nursery pigs and boars(P<0.05);the positive rate of H3N2 SIV antibodies in piglets and nursery pigs was significantly higher than that in sows(P<0.01).The positive rate of EA1 H1N1 SIV antibodies was the highest in Fujian Province,and that of pdm09 H1N1 SIV antibodies was the highest in Henan Province.The results suggested that SIV was still prevalent in pig farms in Central-south China.
