摘 要:为掌握牦牛、藏羊在注射O型口蹄疫灭活疫苗后产生的抗体水平及消长趋势,2022年2~12月在青海省牦牛、藏羊4个主产县每月采集血清样品,采用液相阻断ELISA方法进行了O型口蹄疫(FMD)免疫抗体水平监测。结果显示牦牛群体中O型口蹄疫免疫抗体水平全年都处于较高水平,O型口蹄疫抗体平均合格率为83.4%,藏羊群体O型口蹄疫抗体平均合格率为59.8%。其中5~6月和11~12月集中注射疫苗后1个月牦牛、藏羊群体的平均抗体水平达到最高,以后逐渐降低,3~4月和8~9月达到最低值。In order to know the immune antibody level and the trend of growth and decline after yak and Tibetan sheep were injected with inactivated foot-and-mouth disease type O vaccine.Serum samples were collected from Yak and Tibetan sheep in four Counties of Qinghai Province from February to December in 2022.The results showed that the level of FMD antibody in yak population was higher than that in Tibetan sheep population.The average qualified rate of FMD antibody in Tibetan sheep population was 59.8%,and that in yak population was 83.4%.The average antibody level of Yak and Tibetan sheep reached the highest level from May to June and November to December after one month of vaccination respectively,and then gradually decreased.From March to April and from August to September FMD antibody level reached the lowest values.
