摘 要:氮素在植物生长发育过程中起着重要作用,土壤中可以直接被植物利用的速效氮的含量较少。目前主要通过施加化肥来快速增加土壤中的速效氮含量,但普通化肥的过度施用对土壤、大气以及水环境都有一定的负面作用。功能性微生物肥料的研究与应用可以减少化肥使用所带来的危害,并且提高土壤中的速效氮含量。本课题通过阿须贝氏培养基对土壤中的固氮菌进行了筛选,并探究了其对极端环境的耐受程度。并且选取了玉米秸秆粉末、发酵牛粪及稻壳三种材料作为菌肥载体来探究制备菌肥的最佳条件。将制得的菌肥施入滨海盐碱土中,测定并分析了其对该种土壤基本性质的影响。Nitrogen plays an important role in plant growth and development,and there is less available nitrogen in soil that can be directly used by plants.At present,chemical fertilizer is mainly used to increase the content of available nitrogen in soil,but the ex‐cessive application of common chemical fertilizer has certain negative effects on soil,air and water environment.The research and application of functional microbial fertilizer can reduce the harm of chemical fertilizer and improve the content of available nitrogen in soil.In this study,nitrogen fixing bacteria in soil were screened by ashube culture medium,and their tolerance to extreme environ‐ment was investigated.Corn straw powder,fermented cow dung and rice husk were selected as the carrier of bacterial fertilizer to ex‐plore the best conditions for the preparation of bacterial fertilizer.The microbial fertilizer was applied to coastal saline-alkali soil and its effect on the basic properties of the soil was measured and analyzed.
