摘　　要：针对种子管理工作中存在的法规落实不到位、经费不足、市场相对混乱、管理人员综合素质有待加强、种子监管体系不健全、管理机构硬件设施建设不全面等问题,提出了政府强化种子管理职能、争取经费投入、健全种子市场监督管理体系、加强管理队伍培训、打造规范的种子管理行业模式、做好质量检测等改善措施,以促进我国农业的长远发展。In view of the problems existing in seed management,such as inadequate implementation of laws and regulations,insuffi‐cient funds,relatively chaotic market,comprehensive quality of management personnel to be strengthened,imperfect seed supervi‐sion system,and incomplete construction of hardware facilities of management institutions,in order to promote the long-term devel‐opment of agriculture in China,it is suggested that the government should strengthen the function of seed management,strive for funds investment,improve the supervision and management system of seed market,strengthen the training of management team,build a standard model of seed management industry,and do a good job in quality inspection.
