摘 要:为研究钾肥用量对小麦生产的影响,以不施钾肥为对照,设置3个钾肥处理,分别为100 kg/hm^(2)、150 kg/hm^(2)、200 kg/hm^(2),考察不同的施肥量对小麦品质的影响。结果显示:钾肥施用量为150 kg/hm^(2)时穗粒数最大,每穗36.7粒,穗数最大为381.4×10^(4)穗/hm^(2),千粒质量55.3 g,产量最高为7740.5 kg/hm^(2),蛋白质含量最高达到了12.55%,湿面筋含量最高为27.32%;钾肥施用量为100 kg/hm^(2)时吸水率最高为58.16%;钾肥施用量为200 kg/hm^(2)时沉降值最高为23.78 mL。In order to study the effect of the amount of potassium fertilizer on wheat production,three treatments of potassium fertil‐izer were set up,which were 100 kg/hm^(2),150 kg/hm^(2) and 200 kg/hm^(2),respectively.The results showed that the grain number per panicle was 36.7,the maximum panicle number was 381.4×10^(4) panicles/hm^(2) the 1000-grain weight was 55.3 g and the yield was 7740.5 kg/hm^(2) when the application rate of potassium fertilizer was 150 kg/hm^(2),the highest protein content was 12.55%,the highest wet gluten content was 27.32%,the highest water absorption rate was 58.16%when potassium fertilizer was applied at 100 kg/hm^(2),and the highest sedimentation value was 23.78 mL when potassium fertilizer was applied at 200 kg/hm^(2).
