摘 要:纺织行业是劳动密集型产业,而人才流失问题一直困扰着许多中小纺织企业。为了可以在一定程度上解决中小纺织企业人才流失的问题,研究了薪酬福利、企业文化、培训以及职业生涯规划,探讨了中小纺织企业人才流失的原因,并针对性地提出了中小纺织企业应对人才流失的措施。The textile industry is a labor-intensive industry,and the problem of talent loss has been troubling many small and medium-sized textile enterprises.In order to solve the problem of brain drain in small and medium-sized textile enterprises to a certain extent,this paper studies the salary and welfare,corporate culture,training and career planning,discusses the reasons for brain drain in small and medium-sized textile enterprises,and then puts forward targeted measures to deal with brain drain in small and medium-sized textile enterprises.
