腹膜后位阑尾脓肿致多器官功能衰竭抢救成功1例

摘　　要：总结分析1例腹膜后位阑尾并发腹膜后脓肿并引起全身多器官功能衰竭患者抢救成功的临床诊疗经过及预后,学习相关文献资料。该患者的临床诊断考虑急性腹膜后位阑尾并发腹膜后脓肿并引起全身多脏器器官功能衰竭,后转入佛山市中医院行腹腔囊肿切排、负压封闭引流术,术后患者恢复顺利出院。The clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of a patient with retroperitoneal appendix compli-cated with retroperitoneal abscess and systemic multiple organ dysfunction were summarized and analyzed,and re-lated literature was studied.The clinical diagnosis of the patient suggested acute retroperitoneal appendix compli-cated by retroperitoneal abscess and resulting in systemic multiple organ failure.The patient was transferred to our hospital for abdominal cyst resection and drainage and negative pressure closed drainage.The patient recovered successfully after surgery and was discharged from hospital later.
