海军某部官兵自我构念对自杀意念的影响

摘　　要：目的分析海军某部官兵的自我构念对自杀意念的影响及其作用机制。方法采用自杀意念自评量表(self-rating idea of suicide scale,SIOSS)、加州大学洛杉矶分校(University of California,Los Angeles,UCLA)孤独量表、领悟社会支持量表(perceived social support scale,PSSS)和自我构念量表(self-construal scale,SCS)对海军某部532名官兵进行评估。结果①1.69%的海军官兵被检出自杀意念,不同婚姻状况、是否独生子女和父母是否离异被试间的各量表得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②不同自我构念分类被试间的各量表得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),其中边缘类(两种自我构念均低于平均值)的自杀意念最高。③自杀意念得分与孤独感总分呈正相关(P<0.01),与领悟社会支持、互依自我及独立自我均呈负相关(P<0.01);互依自我与独立自我呈正相关(P<0.01);孤独感总分与领悟社会支持、互依自我及独立自我呈负相关(P<0.01);领悟社会支持与互依自我及独立自我呈正相关(P<0.01)。Bootstrap检验结果显示,互依自我对自杀意念的间接效应95%置信区间(confidence interval,CI):-0.303~-0.208,P<0.01;独立自我对自杀意念的直接效应95%CI:-0.200~-0.065,P<0.01;领悟社会支持对自杀意念的直接效应95%CI:-0.231~-0.111,P<0.01,间接效应95%CI:-0.231~-0.168,P<0.01,总效应95%CI:-0.439~-0.307,P<0.01;孤独感影响自杀意念的总效应95%CI:0.384~0.485,P<0.01。表明领悟社会支持和孤独感在互依自我和自杀意念之间起完全中介作用,同时孤独感在领悟社会支持和自杀意念之间起部分中介作用。结论海军某部官兵的自杀意念处于较低水平。招收互依自我倾向较高且独立自我倾向也不能过低的人群入伍,同时提升社会支持,减少孤独感,有助于预防和消除海军官兵群体的自杀意念。Objective To analyze the effects of self-construal on suicidal ideation and its mechanism in the officers and soldiers of a naval unit.Methods A total of 532 participants were selected and evaluated by self-rating idea of suicide scale(SIOSS),University of California,Los Angeles(UCLA)loneliness scale,perceived social support scale(PSSS)and self-construal scale(SCS).Results①1.69%of naval officers and soldiers were found to have suicidal ideation,and there were no significant differences in the scores of each scale among subjects with different marital status,whether they were only child and whether their parents were divorced or not(P>0.05).②There were significant differences in the scores of each scale among subjects of different types of self-construal(P<0.001),with the marginal type(both selfconstruals were below average)having the highest level of suicidal ideation.③The scores of suicidal ideation were positively correlated with the scores of loneliness(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with the scores of perceived social support,interdependent self-construal and independent self-construal(P<0.01);there was a positive correlation between independent self-construal and interdependent self-construal(P<0.01);and the scores of loneliness were negatively correlated with the scores of perceived social support,interdependent self-construal and independent self-construal(P<0.01);while the scores of perceived social support were positively correlated with the scores of interdependent selfconstrual and independent self-construal(P<0.01).The Bootstrap test showed that the 95%confidence interval(CI)for the indirect effect of interdependent self-construal on suicidal ideation was-0.303 to-0.208,P<0.01;and the 95%CI for the direct effect of independent self on suicidal ideation was-0.200 to-0.065,P<0.01;the 95%CI for the direct effect of perceived social support on suicidal ideation was-0.231 to-0.111,P<0.01,and the 95%CI for the indirect effect was-0.231 to-0.168,P<0.01,while the 95%CI for the total effect was-0.439
