摘 要:以氢氧化钡和钛酸丁酯为原料,选取OP-10为表面活性剂、环己烷作为油相、正己醇为助表面活性剂,采用微乳液法制备钛酸钡粉体,探析反应物浓度、反应温度及反应时间对产物粒径的影响。结果表明:起始反应物氢氧化钡的浓度为0.1 mol/L、反应时间为1.0 h、反应温度为55℃时,所得的钛酸钡微粉粒径最小,分布最均匀,分布范围最窄。Barium titanate powder is prepared by microemulsion method using barium hydroxide and butyl titanate as raw materials,with OP-10 as surfactant,cyclohexane as oil phase and n-hexanol as co-surfactant.The effects of reactant concentration,reaction temperature and reaction time on particle size are studied.The results show that when the concentration of initial reactant barium hydroxide is 0.1 mol/L,the reaction time is 1.0 h,and the reaction temperature is 55℃,the obtained barium titanate micropowder has the smallest particle size,the most uniform distribution and the narrowest distribution range.
