摘 要:分布式电源(DG)的接入可能会使得配电网出现不稳定性和失控现象,进而影响电力系统的可靠性。提出一种基于自定义选择模块(CSM)的自适应过电流保护优化整定方案,能在不同系统中自定义选择最佳的整定值优化计算方案,该方案引入了考虑主备保护同时最小化的目标函数,将动作特性系数α和β作为连续变量,选择了遗传算法混合非线性规划函数进行优化整定计算。通过Matlab软件搭建了含DG的4节点测试系统和IEEE15节点测试系统进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明:该模块中的方案在满足电力系统可靠性的同时相比较传统的保护优化整定方案能够更快动作。The integration of Distributed Generation(DG)into distribution networks may lead to instability and loss of control,thereby affecting the reliability of power systems.With the introduction of digital relay protection devices,optimization of relay setting calculations has become more flexible.This article puts forward an adaptive overcurrent protection optimization setting scheme based on a Custom Selection Module(CSM),which allows the customized selection of the optimal setting value optimization calculation scheme in different systems.This scheme introduces an objective function considering the minimization of both primary and backup protection,taking the action characteristic coefficientsαandβas continuous variables.Genetic algorithm mixed with nonlinear programming function is selected for optimization setting calculation.A 4-bus test system containing DG and an IEEE 15-bus test system are simulated and verified by using Matlab software.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme in this module can act faster than traditional relay setting optimization schemes while ensuring the reliability of the power system.
