摘  要:避雷器在运行过程中会承受多次雷电冲击影响,其过电压防护效果值得关注。选取现场已运行19年的110 kV氧化锌阀片为研究对象,在135℃条件下进行加速交流老化试验,测试了阀片热功耗曲线及其它特征参量,并基于热加速因子的阿伦纽斯模型计算了阀片剩余寿命。进一步,以特制存在不同阀片劣化程度的避雷器为研究对象,开展了多次连续的雷电冲击电流(8/20μs,10 kA)试验,测试了多次雷电冲击电流前后能表征避雷器电气性能的特征参量以及冲击电流、电压波形。研究发现:已服役19年的阀片剩余寿命分散性明显;避雷器局部阀片的劣化将使避雷器耐受雷电冲击特性明显下降;雷电冲击试验后,若避雷器未发生击穿或击穿后阀片无明显外观缺陷,其绝缘电阻、阻性电流、交流U1mA、直流U1mA和残压等特征参量几乎没变化或变化不明显;若避雷器发生击穿且阀片发生炸裂或明显破损,则上述参量(除残压外)会明显下降,阻性电流明显增加。虽然残压值基本不变,但雷电冲击电流、电压波形会发生显著变化。The lightning arrester will be affected by many lightning strikes during its operation,and its overvoltage protection effect deserves attention.The 110 kV ZnO valve plate,which has been in operation for 19 years,was selected as the research object,and the accelerated AC aging test was carried out at 135℃.The thermal power consumption curve and other characteristic parameters of the valve plate were tested,and the remaining life of the valve plate was calculated based on the Arrhenius model of thermal acceleration factor.Furthermore,a series of continuous lightning surge current(8/20μs,10 kA)tests were carried out on the special lightning arresters with different deterioration degrees,and the characteristic parameters,surge current and voltage waveforms that can characterize the electrical performance of the arresters before and after the multiple lightning surge currents were tested.It is found that the remaining life of the valve plate which has been in service for 19 years is obviously dispersed;The deterioration of the local valve of the arrester will obviously reduce the lightning impulse resistance of the arrester;After the lightning impulse test,if the lightning arrester has no breakdown or the valve plate has no obvious appearance defects after breakdown,the characteristic parameters such as insulation resistance,resistive current,AC U1mA,DC U1mA and residual voltage are almost unchanged or not obviously changed.If the arrester breaks down and the valve plate is obviously damaged,the above parameters(except residual voltage)will obviously decrease and the resistive current will obviously increase.Although the residual voltage value is basically unchanged,the lightning impulse current and voltage waveform will change significantly.
