摘　　要：作为配电线路雷电过电压防护的最有效设备之一,串联间隙避雷器需求量巨大,在运行中避雷器也不可避免地发生击穿损坏事件,而雷害严重的山区、郊区线路往往不具备带电作业的条件,每年因安装、更换避雷器造成了大量的计划性停电。由此提出了一种带电拆装避雷器的研制方法,设计了避雷器本体与支柱绝缘子分离的固定间隙结构,特别设计了基于绝缘操作杆的带电安装工具,提出了利用弹簧自锁结构实现避雷器本体带电更换的方法。同时,研究选择了避雷器本体的关键参数,对研制的样品开展雷电冲击放电试验、整只大电流冲击耐受试验、振动试验,以验证避雷器整体技术性能的可靠性。研制的带电拆装避雷器已请国家发明专利,并在福建电网开展示范应用,状况良好。As one of the most effective equipment for lightning over-voltage protection of distribution lines,there is a huge demand for metal oxide arrester with series gap(GMOA).However,GMOA inevitably undergoes breakdown damage during operation,and lines with lightning damage in mountainous and suburban areas are short of the conditions for live operation.Every year,a large number of planned power outages are caused by the installation and replacement of GMOA.A development method for the live work of GMOA is put forward,by designing a fixed gap structure in which the metal oxide arrester part(MOA)and the supporting insulator are separated.Especially,the tool based on insulated operating rod and the method of MOA replacement by the spring self-locking structure is proposed.The author selects the key parameters of MOA,and the samples are proved reliable by the results of lightning impulse test,high current impulse withstand test of entire GMOA and vibration test.The GMOA that can be disassembled and assembled by live work has obtained national patents of invention,which is well applied in Fujian Power Grid.
