摘  要:为研究换流站内±800 kV防火墙及上部互连电气设备体系的地震响应特点,分别建立了500 kV复合避雷器和500 kV复合支柱绝缘子单体设备、互连设备及防火墙-互连设备体系有限元模型,随后开展了不同地震输入下的地震响应分析,最后分析了管母线对单体设备地震响应的影响和防火墙对上部设备的动力放大作用。结果表明,通过可滑动金具和管母连接下的互连设备的加速度、位移和应力响应较单体设备均有不同程度的降低,在0.4 g地震输入下复合套管的安全系数远大于1.67,抗震性能优越。而防火墙对上部互连设备有很大的动力放大作用,在垂直墙体方向,防火墙本身的加速度放大系数为3.63,防火墙对互连设备的加速度放大系数为2.15;互连设备应力峰值为103.96 MPa,复合套管的安全系数为1.16,小于国内规范限值1.67。防火墙的布置对上部互连设备在垂直墙面向的抗震性能极其不利,可对上部设备开展减震、加固措施或对防火墙进行结构改型设计。In order to study the seismic response characteristics of firewall and upper connected electrical equipment system in±800 kV converter station,the finite element models of 500 kV composite arrester and 500 kV composite post insulator single equipment,connected equipment and firewall-connected equipment system are established respectively.Then,the seismic response analysis under different seismic input is carried out.Finally,the influence of rigid bus on seismic response of single equipment is analyzed and the dynamic amplification effect of firewall on the upper equipment.The results show that the acceleration,compared with single equipment,displacement and stress response of the connected equipment connected by sliding fittings and rigid bus are reduced to varying degrees,and safety factor of the composite bushing is far greater than 1.67 under 0.4 g seismic input,so the seismic performance is superior.The firewall has a great dynamic amplification effect on the upper connected equipment.In the vertical direction of the wall,the acceleration amplification factor of the firewall itself is 3.63,and the acceleration amplification factor of the firewall to the connected equipment is 2.15;Peak stress of upper connected equipment is 103.96 MPa,and the safety factor is 1.16,which is less than the limit of domestic codes.The layout of the firewall is extremely unfavorable to the seismic performance of the upper connected equipment in the vertical direction of the wall.Therefore,the measures of shock-absorption and reinforcement of the upper equipment or the structural modification design of the firewall can be carried out.
