摘 要:随着红外测量技术的不断进步,对绝缘子状态进行红外热像检测逐步应用于电网的日常巡检中,但测量结果受环境因素影响显著。以输电线路现场运行中瓷绝缘子作为研究对象,分别在不同光照强度、湿度、温度与风速下采集绝缘子的红外图像,研究环境因素对绝缘子红外检测的影响规律。研究结果表明,当采用基于绝缘子串温度曲线的判别方法时,光照强度容易引起零值绝缘子的误判,温度变化对零值绝缘子检测没有影响;湿度变化会影响绝缘子钢帽的温升;在强风条件下,各绝缘子钢帽温度相同,不适合进行绝缘子红外检测。研究成果可用于指导电网红外巡检工作,保障绝缘子红外巡检结果的正确性,从而实现电网的安全稳定运行。With the development of infrared measurement technology,insulator status detection by thermal infrared imager is applied to the daily inspection of the power grid.However,the measurement results will be affected by environmental parameters significantly.Taking porcelain insulators operating on transmission lines as the research object,infrared images of insulators are obtained in different light intensity,humidity,temperature and wind speed.The influence of environmental parameters on the detection results of insulators is studied.The results shows that the change of light intensity will lead to misjudgment when the method based on the temperature rise curve is used to detect the zero-value insulator.The change of temperature has no effect on detection of zero-value insulator,while the change of humidity will affect the temperature rise of insulator steel caps.In strong wind,the temperatures of the insulators are the same,which is not suitable for infrared detection.The research results can be used to guide the infrared inspection work of power grid to ensure the correctness of the infrared inspection on insulators,and realize the safe and stable operation of power grid.
