摘 要:主要研究了柠檬酸应用在氧化铝直流电瓷配方里,所带来的性能变化。结果表明:柠檬酸应用之后,可以改善配方泥料的可塑性,但会一定程度上影响配方的干燥强度,并会与直流配方原料中的碳酸钡发生反应,生成气体。笔者通过颗粒分布、显微结构、体积密度等测试手段进行性能参数表征。说明了柠檬酸与碳酸钡发生化学反应,生成了新的钡盐,直接引起了料浆的颗粒分布发生变化,中值位径D50明显变大,大颗粒的含量明显增多。直流电瓷配方泥料在成瓷以后,瓷质的体积密度有明显减小趋势,气孔率有增大趋势,严重时可出现宏观的氧化泡现象,直接引起瓷材料的机械强度及电气性能下降,对于产品的综合质量提高带来明显的负面影响。The author studies the performance changes brought by the application of citric acid in the formulation of alumina DC electric porcelain.The results show that after citric acid is applied,the plasticity of the formula can be improved,but the dry strength of the formula will be affected to a certain extent,and it will react with the barium carbonate in the DC formula raw materials to generate gas.Particle distribution,microstructure,bulk density and other testing methods are used to characterize the performance parameters.The results show that the chemical reaction between citric acid and barium carbonate produces new barium salt,which directly changes the particle distribution of slurry.The median diameter D50 increases obviously and the content of large particles increases greatly.After sintering,the bulk density of the porcelain decreases obviously,and the porosity increases.In severe cases,a macroscopic oxidation bubble phenomenon may appear,which directly causes a decrease in the mechanical strength and electrical performance of the porcelain material,and has a significant negative impact on the overall quality of the products.
