摘 要:对于电瓷材料,直接用K值法对X射线衍射(XRD)图谱进行物相定量分析,得到电瓷中的刚玉相、石英相、莫来石相以及玻璃相的含量与实际值会存在较大差距。针对这一问题,在分析电瓷内部各物相化学组成特点的基础上,结合XRD和化学成分分析结果,对电瓷中物相的分析测试及计算方法进行优化,最后用化学腐蚀试验对计算结果进行验证。结果表明,优化后的电瓷物相分析测试及计算方法适用于电瓷材料的物相定量分析。The content of corundum phase,quartz phase,mullite phase and glassy phase in electric porcelain is often greatly deviated by X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD).In order to solve this problem,based on the analysis of the chemical composition characteristics of each phase in the electric porcelain,the test and computing method of phase in the ceramics was optimized by combining the results of XRD and chemical composition analysis.Finally,the calculation results were verified by chemical corrosion test.The results show that the optimized phase analysis test and computing method are suitable for the quantitative phase analysis of electric ceramic materials.
